Friends in this video, I have talked about a very easy scientific method of avoiding sleep during studies. In the first minute of this video, we will be discussing as to what is the reason why we feel sleepy during studying. The reason is because of the production of lactic acid which absorbs large amount of oxygen thereby reducing the oxygen supply into the brain. The mind then receives a signal to stay dormant and to fall asleep. To overcome this we need to do various physical activities while studying. What are those activities?
